The Seventh Tradition states that “every AA group ought to be fully self-supporting, declining outside contributions.” We have no dues or fees, but we do have expenses. The Tampa Nightly Newcomers Group has several accounts that accept 7th Tradition contributions.
Contributions go towards paying for our Zoom room and website, mailing Big Books and 12 & 12s to newcomers, and mailing chips to those who have reached milestones in sobriety. We also send money down the service structure, both locally here in Florida and to the General Service Office in New York. Please give what you can, but know that we need you more than your money.
In keeping with A.A.’s Seventh Tradition of self-support, we accept contributions only from A.A. members.
